On Practice and Enterprise plans, you can opt into a success fee instead of using your monthly credits. We charge 20% of the recovered amount — only when the appeal is won and the claim is paid. If we lose, you pay nothing.
Why it works: the marginal cost of an additional letter is roughly nine cents in API fees. 20% of a $6,000 recovery is $1,200. The math runs in everyone's favor.

How does the success fee work?
On Practice and Enterprise plans, you can opt into a success fee on any qualifying denial instead of using monthly credits. We charge 20% of the recovered amount — only when the appeal wins and the claim gets paid. If the appeal fails, you pay nothing. Available on claims over $5,000 (Practice) or $2,000 (Enterprise). Capped at $2,500 per claim.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual prepay gets you two months free (effectively 16.7% off). Enterprise customers can negotiate further on multi-year commitments. We do not run flash sales or limited-time pricing; the annual discount is permanent.
